Our Assisted Living is the ideal solution for seniors who value their independence, yet need some assistance with daily activities. We encourage continued independence through a tailored plan of individual wellness and personal care. Team members are available 24-hours a day for help with bathing, dressing, medication reminders or other activities. Our pet-friendly assisted living offers a warm, home-like atmosphere where residents live among friends and neighbors. Seniors will have around-the-clock support and the assistance needed to feel inspired and encouraged to practice independence at their pace. We promote family time and encourage the family members of our residents to stay in close communication with their loved ones, to send mail, and to visit often. It means so much to the residents. We also make a point to stay in good communication with families and update them with any necessary information.
INDIVIDUALIZED CARE PLANS
We respect that individuals have their own needs and preferences right from the beginning. We meet with each resident and their family before move-in — and at regular intervals afterwards — to help determine appropriate care and service. The Augsburg team then works together to create an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) of senior care and service that is monitored daily. The senior’s residential care service plan might include help with personal hygiene and grooming, dressing and clothes selection, showering and bathing, assistance with eating, continence management, mobility, socialization and medication management.
